If you ever find yourself in a situation where your payment does not go through, do not worry as your canvases and comments won’t get erased.
What happens is that our payment processor retries the payment 3 times before canceling your plan. Your account will be switched over to our Free plan and you’ll have access to all your canvases and previous comments. They’ll just be in a read-only mode till the plan is reactivated.
You can reactivate your plan by updating your method of payment through your billing section. Once updated your plan automatically gets reactivated.
