New users are able to test out Pastel for free with our 14-day trial of either our Pro or Team plans. To sign up for a trial, head to our pricing page: https://usepastel.com/plans.
Select the specific plan you'd like to trial from our pricing page when signing up. For users who would not like to trial a paid plan, just select the Free plan when signing up or reach out to support to get switched to our Free plan if you're currently on a trial.
After the 14-day trial period, you'll receive a prompt in your Pastel dashboard that your trial has expired. You can then either upgrade to one of our paid plans (Pro or Team) or downgrade and switch to our Free plan.
