Renaming and deleting canvases are both super easy. In the dashboard, just hover over the canvas you'd like to rename or delete and click on the drop down menu in the top right.

Choose the appropriate option, and either enter a new canvas title and click "Save changes" or confirm that you want to delete the canvas.

To rename or delete a canvas, just head on over to your dashboard.
